In the onboarding process we evaluate the capability and suitability of all Job Seekers and the tasks asked of them including:
- The safety gear they must wear from head to toe
- Their qualifications and ability to use on site equipment
- Their physical and mental state.
On site we need to consider the safety of the location, environment, weather, exit and access. Short cutting due diligence on safety can lead to personal injury and damage to business reputations. We don’t risk not asking the important questions when it comes to workplace and labour responsibilities. We will never sacrifice our long term commitment to safety for short term gain.
