Robin is ultimately responsible for the strategic sales direction of ProQuest and fosters an environment conducive to continuous improvement and operational excellence where it will be his objective to identify and manage all internal stakeholders.

Robin commenced his Recruitment career in 2001 and has developed a sound career within the industry that incorporates trained experience in sales and marketing, business development, operational management and state management roles. As a result of those appointments and the contracts that he currently manages within his client portfolio, Robin has gained extensive experience in all aspects of Branch Operations, OH&S management, Issue Resolution, Award and EBA interpretation, Client Referrals and Account and Contract Management.

Robin is ultimately responsible for the strategic sales direction of ProQuest and fosters an environment conducive to continuous improvement and operational excellence where it will be his objective to identify and manage all internal stakeholders towards best practice. Robin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in building recruitment strategies and a passion for leading and developing teams that have been successful in delivering on agreed KPIs. He oversees the management and implementation of the servicing team and will be integrally involved as an escalation point within the business for the mitigation of risks and disputes.
